Who are the United Pet Rescuers?
UPR was formed to provide education and networking opportunities to all pet lovers wanting to get involved. Residents, rescuers, and shelters are all invited. UPR is being hosted this year by Lone Star College, Texas Litter Control, Maverick Pets Alive!, Texas Animal Society, Animal Shelter Volunteers of Texas, and Operation Pets Alive!
